Become a Seller with SoulArt

Share your original artwork with buyers who value human creativity. We review every submission and guide you through the next steps.

How this works

We review your work, understand your style, and then (if approved) help you list and sell it on SoulArt.

We are looking for artists who care deeply about original, emotion-driven work. If you believe human creativity matters, we’d love to see your portfolio.

How to reach us

Email your artwork/portfolio to soulart.co.in@gmail.com. Please include:

  • Your name and city
  • Links to your social media/portfolio (if any)
  • 3–10 clear photos of your best work
  • Approx. sizes, medium (oil/acrylic/watercolor, etc.), and price range

Selling process

After review, we’ll email you the next steps and share the commercial terms and conditions. Once everything is mutually agreed (including the MOU), you will send your art piece to us for packing and delivery processes (or as per the agreed workflow).

Originality & copyrights

You must only submit artwork that you created yourself and that you have the right to sell. By submitting, you confirm that your work:

  • Does not copy or closely imitate someone else’s artwork, brand, character, or design
  • Does not violate any copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights
  • Is not created using stolen references or unlicensed source material

If a third-party claim arises (copyright/ownership), we may pause sales, remove listings, and request supporting proof of authorship.

Commercial terms & payout

Your MOU will clearly state your profit margin, pricing rules (including any platform/handling fees), payout timeline, and required quality/technical specs for product photos or listings.

Important: Prices, commissions, and timelines are confirmed only in writing (email/MOU). Any listing goes live only after mutual agreement.

Shipping, packaging & delivery

To protect your artwork and reduce damage claims, you agree to follow the packaging and labeling guidelines shared by SoulArt (size, wrap, hardboard, fragile labels, etc.).

If damage occurs due to inadequate packaging or unapproved materials, responsibility may remain with the seller as per the MOU.

Taxes & compliance

You are responsible for ensuring you can legally sell your artwork and for providing any details we require for invoicing, tax, or compliance (as applicable). If GST/TDS or other deductions apply, these will be documented in the MOU.

Prohibited content

We do not accept artwork that includes:

  • Hate, harassment, or explicit incitement of violence
  • Illegal content or content that promotes illegal activity
  • Non-consensual sexual content or exploitation
  • Clear infringement of third-party copyrights/trademarks

Returns, disputes & liability

Returns and dispute handling depend on the product type and condition on delivery. The MOU will outline when returns are accepted, who bears shipping costs, and how damage/quality disputes are resolved.

We aim to be fair to both buyers and artists. If needed, we may request additional proof (photos/videos) to verify the condition of the artwork before shipping and on delivery.

Note: This page is an overview. Final terms are defined by the written agreement (email/MOU) between you and SoulArt.
